apache 服务器网站不能访问

最近网站的 apache 服务器,经常运行不到一天的时间就出现网站访问打不开的情况,但 apache 服务器依然启动着,然后只要把 apache 服务器重新启动一下就可以了
我们的环境是 windows 2003 + apache 2.2.8 我在 windows 的事件日志下面看到
The Apache service named reported the following error:
>>> httpd.exe: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 219.153.37.76 for ServerName
这是我们的问题，下面我们来看看分析与解决问题吧。
是不是装了什么加速器或者缓存器？
比如eAccelerator/Xcache/Apc
我在linux曾遇到过类似问题，是由于eAccelerator的问题，致使http假死。
不知道windows平台会不会出现
查看apache 的 error.log 应该会有些信息可以参考
我刚刚发现网站又比较慢了,所以把apache 服务器重新启动了一下,当 apache 通过服务人为的重启以后,以 windows 的事件查看器中就会产生了一个红色警告

也就是说事件查看器上面的警告是由于我人为的重新启动 apache 服务器才导致的,那么是什么原因导致 网站打开慢的,上面安装了 ViruSscan 安全策略也做了
