ORA-27101,ORA-27102 错误解决方法

错误提示如下
ORA-27101
shared memory realm does not exist
Cause:Unable to locate shared memory realm
Action:Verify that the realm is accessible
ORA-27102
out of memory
Cause:Out of memory
Action:Consult the trace file for details
今天在centos6上发现oracle shutdown&startup都起不来了，之前都好好的，报如下错：

然后根据这二个ora-去找啊找啊，没有进展，参数什么的也没有变化。
最后突然想起在server上开了一下vncserver这个恶心的家伙，但木有随手关了它，top一下，我去，吃了好多的CPU+内存，赶紧用root stop它，然后，就正常了。
